Team of in-house designers and engineers. One decision room.
arX runs retail display design, display engineering, production management, and fulfillment rollout as one program — designer, engineer, production lead and fulfillment coordinator at the same table from kickoff. Primary and secondary contacts are fully engaged with your project, from concept to store delivery. Leadership a phone call away. When a 2,300-store rollout needs to ship two weeks early or a prototype needs material testing over the weekend, it gets solved by the team that owns it — not punted to a vendor.
We've delivered custom retail displays for 50-store pilots and 7,000-store rollouts in three countries. Sheet metal, wire, woods/laminates, acrylics, and lighted fixtures with 3–10-week production times. arX will always stand behind our work, and we will stand by you. If an issue occurs — and issues can occur (not everybody will acknowledge that) — we will not rest until it is resolved, at our cost when necessary.
Common questions. Direct answers.
The questions buyers, brand managers and program leads ask before kicking off a project. Missing one? Call us — we like the hard ones.
What is a POP display?
A POP (point-of-purchase) display is a specialized marketing fixture designed to promote a product or brand at the location where a purchase decision is made. These displays are engineered to capture shopper attention at high-traffic decision points — endcaps, checkout lanes, countertops, and floor units. Unlike our permanent store fixtures, POP displays are typically used for shorter-term programs tied to a product launch, seasonal campaign, or promotion.
Do you handle rollouts to multiple stores?
Yes. arX has shipped to programs ranging from 50-store pilots to 2,300-store national rollouts, direct-to-store or via DC. We coordinate store-level scheduling, install support, and post-install performance tracking.
What materials do you work with?
Vacuum-formed and fabricated plastics, metal & wire, wood/MDF (sustainable options) and lighting. We help you select the materials to fit the program — semi-permanent and permanent store fixtures and displays.
What is a typical lead time?
A full-phase project can take between 6 and 14 weeks, depending on complexity and location of manufacturing. North American-based manufacturing can be accelerated; Asia manufacturing delivers best value, with a longer delivery window.
Can you start mid-project?
Yes. Bring us in at any phase — we have stepped in to course-correct projects at early stages and at the production stage. Let’s discuss your challenges and how to resolve them, correctly.
